To set records for USA Powerlifting of Minnesota you need to.
- Be of the age category the record category states.
- Be a member of USA Powerlifting in good standing
- Be a resident of Minnesota
- Compete in a USA Powerlifting event or one sanctioned by the IPF
- There will be a 1 month waiting period to allow drug tested process to be completed before records are updated. For those who set records, but where not drug tested your records can be updated at any time.
- Geared is defined as using supportive gear ie; bench shirts,squat/deadlift suits and knee wraps. Ungeared is defined as belt,singlet,neoprene knee selves and wrist wraps.
