To set records for USA Powerlifting of Minnesota you need to.
- Be of the age category the record category states.
- Be a member of USA Powerlifting in good standing
- Be a resident of Minnesota
- Compete in a USA Powerlifting event or one sanctioned by the IPF
- 15 day waiting period before records set are updated on this site.
This is to allows drug testing process to be completed. - Geared is defined as using supportive gear ie; bench shirts,squat/deadlift suits and knee wraps. Ungeared is defined as belt,singlet,neoprene knee selves and wrist wraps.
