Covering all that happens in USAPL MN is not an easy job and I can not be in all places at once. So if you compete in a USAPL or IPF event and want to share your experience please email me. If you were at an event with MN lifters please email me as well and share what happens. Send me pictures (under 1 meg each please) or even movies. (suggestion to upload them to youtube and send me the link) and I will post them here. Remember if I am not told about an event you can not expect it to appear here. I need the heads up to report it. So help me out to make this site great.
