World Games 2009 Kaohsiung City Taiwan
USA Powerlifting of Minnesota has had a long standing tradition of producing the worlds strongest athletes. From National events, Regional events, world events, invitational's Minnesota has been there. There is one event however that comes around every 4 years. That is the World Games. The World Games is a international multi sport event that is held under the patronage of the International Olympic Committee. In other words, this event is part of the Olympic experience.
For this years World Games we have two of our best male lifters joining the world team. Lets give our best luck to these two.

* I neglected another part of Minnesota greatness going to this event. We have G-man Gary Grahn as the World Team coach! With this much Minnesota you can expect team U.S.A. to do great!
