Fran Huston at IPF Bench Worlds.
What started as something that she was told she shouldn't do or couldn't do Fran Huston in a few short years keeps on competing at the highest levels of Powerlifting. Fran just returned from IPF Masters Bench Worlds in Taupo New Zeland taking the Silver and helping Team USA win the contest only trailing first by little under 5 pounds. Fran lifted 292.1 pounds which is the heaviest bench done by any woman any weight class any age in Minnesota. (record to be updated soon) Congrats to Fran on this fantastic performance.
