New Weight Classes?
A few days ago I was part of a discussion about the NGB meeting coming up this summer. The NGB (National Governing Body) is a meeting off all the state representatives of USA Powerlifting to cover matters of running this organization. One such matter was a vote that is coming to change USA Powerlifting weight classes to match our world body the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF).
