What happened to the forum?
The site you are looking for started Feb 1st 1998, and has now closed as of April 25, 2011. I have forwarded the URLs that linked to the site here in the mean time. This as you can tell is the MN Powerpages; The home page for the USAPL in MN. Since I closed the forum, there have been a number of questions as to why that happened.
