USA Powerlifting of Minnesota in membership with USA Powerlifting mission is to provide powerlifting competition of uniform high quality which is drug tested and available to all athletes who meet the criteria for membership.

USA Powerlifting of Minnesota begins its next decade of drug free strength sport. Since 1986 we have been dedicated to that cause promoting Powerlifting events across Minnesota. Powerlifting is a weight lifting competition sport. It comprises three lifts: the squat, the bench Press and the deadlift. Combined completed lifts for all 3 is added up for a total which determines placement in a Powerlifting contest. Click on the images below to learn more about each lift.
